UTCAN and and University of Sulaimani, Iraq sign MoU

On 14 Februry , ۲۰۲۱ an MoU was signed between Dr. Seyed Hosseind Goldansaz, the President of UTCAN and Dr. Karzan Tofiq Mahmood, Dean of College of Agricultural Science Engineering, University of Sulaimani, kurdistan Region, Iraq as a platfrorm for mutual cooperation.
