In October 162022, , Alexander Dobrovolsky, Vice Rector for International Relations from Saint Petersburg State Forest Technical University, Russia , paid a visit to the UTCAN and met with Prof. Mohammad Mousavi, Rector of the College, and Dr. Valiollah Mohammadi, the Head of UTCAN International Relations. In this meeting, they exchanged ideas on boosting mutual academic collaboration and the way to implement the MoU.
