A Delegation from the Netherlands visited UTCAN

A delegation from the Netherlands together with Mr. Hans Smolders, the Agricultural Counselor of the Netherlands embassy visited UTCAN and had a round of talk with Dr. Mohammadi (International Relations, Head) and Dr. Delshad (Associate Dean for Education and Graduate).
