A Professor from Cagliari University of Italy Appointed as Adjunct Professor of UTCAN

According to a decree by President of University of Tehran, Prof. Gianuluigi Bacchetta from Cagliari University of Italy was appointed as an Adjunct Professor of the Dept. of Reclamation of Arid & Mountainous Regions, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Tehran.
