International Geospatial Conference 2019 held at UTCAN

the International GeoSpatial Conference with a special focus on the application of geospatial information in agriculture and natural resources was held at UTCAN on 12-14 October 2019.

the evant was co-organized by international and national organizations including the International Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS), German Aerospace Center (DLR), School of Surveying and GeoSpatial and College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Tehran.

Application of geoinformatics in agriculture and natural resources management, climate change, natural hazards and disaster management, and green and smart city were the subjects discussed in the conference. More than 300 participants including 30 scientists from 16 overseas countries (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Turkey, Nepal, India, and China) took part in the conference. 90 oral and 140 poster paprer were presented.
